Focused on being a specialist supplier of home-sites and communities to some of UK's leading homebuilders, Landvest is well-versed in creating residential and mixed-use communities. From land acquisition, planning, entitlements and engineering to land development, we respect our mission helping to deliver the shortage of homes in the UK. 

Our team have an average of over 30 years’ experience in the property industry. With backgrounds managing major housebuilders, working as land directors and running their own land and development businesses they report directly to the Board of management in the Isle of Man. 

Brownfield and greenfield sites have huge potential for development. The skill is being able to recognise that potential and knowing how to unlock it. At Landvest we have many years of experience in identifying the potential of sites, managing planning risk and consistently delivering compelling returns.
